Two of the three men accused of killing a man at a Wichita Falls nightclub pleaded out Friday at their pre-trial conferences.

Jesus Hernandez, 26, and Juan Jantes Gonzalez, 23, both of Dallas pleaded guilty to aggravated assault causing bodily injury. The DA's office dismissed the murder charges. They were sentenced to 15 years at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

The third suspect Raphael Hernandez, 26, of Dallas pleaded guilty to murder on July 3rd and was sentenced to 30 years in TDJC.

All three men were arrested in June 2009 for the shooting death of 24-year-old Oscar Cadena at El Farallon. Officers said they took off after the shooting and were later caught in Wise County.
