Armed Robber On The Run

WFPD are on the search for an armed robber. Police said a man robbed a female employee at gun point at a cash store on the 3900 block of Sheppard Access Rd. He left with an unknown amount of money.

He was last seen driving away from the cash store in a stolen red 2006 Dodge Durango with Missouri plates. The car was found at around 1:30 p.m. at an RV park off central freeway.

The man is described as clean shaven wearing a black T-shirt, blue jean shorts and white tennis shoes. Police are looking on both sides of the Wichita river and farther north around Camp Filler.
