2012 Texas Oklahoma Fair

The Texas-Oklahoma fair is back at the MPEC.

Newschannel 6 will be at there every night at our own booth to say hello and let you know about our new Switch to Six contest.

We'll also be giving away, one 22 Inch Samsung TV at the Texas – Oklahoma Fair on Saturday September 15, 2012.

2012 Texas Oklahoma Fair

  • Friday 6 - 10 p.m.
  • Saturday 1 - 10 p.m.
  • $5 Adults $2 Children (under 12)
  • Wednesday & Thursday $15 Arm Band Night
  • Entertainers on the Exhibit Hall Stage & Midway
  • Activities include: Crafts, clowns, kids fish tank, fair food, arts, pony rides, rides, dog show

Friday, September 14

  • 1 p.m. - AQHA Sanctioned Ranch Horse Show, Arena (unconfirmed)
  • 4 p.m. - Stalls open, TABSHA Horse Show
  • 4-9 p.m. - Arena both to horses
  • 6 p.m. - All Hay Show entries must be checked-in
  • 6 -8 p.m. - Dairy Goats Check-in, Stall barn


Saturday, September 15

  • 6 a.m. - Check-in continues, Dairy Goats, Stall Barn
  • 7 a.m. - All Dairy Goats in place and wethers begin weigh-in, Stall Barn
  • 8 a.m. - Ring 1 Senior Showmanship begins, Ring 2 PeeWee and Junior Showmanship, Dairy Goat Show, Stall Barn
  • ? - Wethers begin immediately after Showmanships, Stall Barn
  • 8 a.m. - Book opens, TABSHA Horse Show, Arena
  • 9 a.m. - TABSHA Horse Show, Arena
  • 12 noon - Hay Show Judging, Arena
  • 12 noon - Barns open, tie out stalls
  • 4-8 p.m. - Heifer Check-in
  • 7 p.m. - Open Ranch Rodeo, Arena, (unconfirmed)


Sunday, September 16

  • 6-7 a.m. - Heifer Check-in continues
  • 7 a.m. - Market Goats & Does Check-in, Stall Barn
  • 7 a.m. - Lambs Check-in, Arena
  • 8 a.m. - Lamb cards due, Arena
  • 8 a.m. - Market Goat Show, Ring A, Arena
  • 8 a.m. - Steer cards due, Arena
  • 8:30 a.m. - Lamb Showmanship, RingB, Arena
  • 9 a.m. - Heifer Show, Ring A, Arena
  • ? - Lamb Conformation Classes start immediately after showmanship
