Newschannel 6 will be giving away, one 22 Inch Samsung TV at the Texas – Oklahoma Fair on Saturday September 15, 2012.

 

To enter, simply "like" Newschannel 6 on facebook, or provide proof that you are a "facebook" friend.

 

Contest Rules:

Entrants must be 18 years or older.

KAUZ-TV is not responsible for Taxes, maintenance, warranties or any other issue in connection with awarding of the prize.

Contest Winners will receive a 1099 Form and must fill out a W-9 Form when picking up the prize.

Winners must provide proof of identity in order to determine eligibility and a picture ID must be provided when the prize is picked up. The winner agrees to allow KAUZ-TV to photo-copy requested identification materials.

Contest winners must sign for the prize when it is picked up and provide any information requested by KAUZ-TV.

Prize must be picked up within one week of the contestant's win, at the studios of KAUZ-TV, 3601 Seymour Highway, Wichita Falls, Texas 76309 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM and 5PM.

There is no purchase necessary to win, and this contest is void where prohibited.

Employees of KAUZ-TV, Drewry Broadcasting, Hoak Media of Wichita Falls and its entities and their immediate families are not eligible to win. The term immediate family includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

Prize may not be exchanged for Cash or alternate prizes.

By entering the contest you release all rights to your likeness, and agree that KAUZ-TV can place your likeness on all Websites or other entities controlled by KAUZ-TV or its parent companies. You further agree that your name and likeness may be used for any promotional purposes with no compensation what-so-ever.

In the event you are the contest winner, you release all rights to your likeness and agree that KAUZ-TV can use your name, likeness, character, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes with no compensation what-so-ever.

KAUZ-TV, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process in any way or who otherwise may be in violation of the rules of the contest.

KAUZ-TV reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any portion of this contest as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

KAUZ-TV is not responsible for lost, late, forged, mass-produced or mass-transmitted, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries and such entries are void: Telephone, electronic hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, errors or failures in transmission or reception, and any condition caused by events beyond the control of KAUZ-TV which may cause the contest or entry to be disrupted or corrupted.

The rules of this contest may be changed by KAUZ-TV at any time through-out the contest period.

Sponsors Reservation of Rights: These official rules are subject to modification by KAUZ-TV. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by KAUZ-TV are final and binding.
