Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Same Woman At Same Location

A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman in May is facing more charges for targeting her again at the same location.
Police were called to the 3000 block of Holliday Wednesday morning just after nine. There a woman said Eli J.D. Graves, 37, assaulted her while she was sleeping on a mattress under some trees in a vacant lot. During the assault the victim said Graves called her insulting names and threatened to beat her if she didn't drop the charges filed against him in May.
Graves then ran north down Holliday. Police found him a short distance from the location.
He was sent to Wichita Count Jail on $75,000 worth of combined bonds from both incidents. He's charged with sexual assault and obstruction of retaliation.
