$9 Million W.F. Transportation Projects

Two major transportation moves totaling nearly $9 million are on the Wichita Falls City Council agenda.

The first is to guarantee the maximum price for construction of the new Wichita Falls Downtown Travel Center. It's expected to be set at just over $4.1 million.

A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, October 2nd at 11:00 a.m.

The second major move involves awarding a bid for construction of the new airport terminal in Wichita Falls.

The $4.5 million dollar bid is to be awarded to Anthony Inman Construction.

Council meets at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning.
