Rider Student Charged With Possession Of Child Pornography

A Rider High School student has been arrested; he's accused of possessing child pornagraphy.
A Dallas police officer in the Child Exploitation unit told Wichita County deputies that child porn had been uploaded from an IP address located in the 2200 block of Talunar Lane in Wichita Falls. Copies of the pornography, and images of 17-year-old Matthew John Zuniga were obtained; one of which showed Zuniga, standing in the student center of Rider High School.
A Wichita County deputy went to Rider, and spoke to an assistant principal who identified Zuniga, a student at Rider who lived at the same address where the IP address was located.
Zuniga was at the address when deputies executed a search warrant. Computers and storage devices were seized -- one of which had 64 images of child pornography (38 of those had been downloaded since Zuniga had turned 17).
Zuniga was arrested Thursday; charged with possession of child pornography. He is being held on $25,000 bond in Wichita County jail.
