Another Preliminary Hearing For Fort Hood Suspect

An Army Psychiatrist was back in court on Tuesday for another preliminary hearing.

Maj. Nidal Hasan is the suspect in the Fort Hood shooting rampage.

A military judge was considering whether to allow certain evidence to be present at Hasan's trial in six weeks.

Hasan faces the death penalty or life without parole, if convicted in the 2009 attack that killed 13 people at the Texas Army post.

Jury selection is scheduled to begin May 19th with testimony beginning July 1st.
