Funding for the new Wichita Falls Travel Center is taking front and center on Tuesday.
Wichita Falls City Councilors have a pair of resolutions on their agenda, that will officially make deals with the 4B Sales Tax Board and the Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation for right at $600,000. The city will pay back the money over time.
Wichita Falls City Councilors are also expected to confirm Interim Police Chief Manuel Borrego as the next official chief of Police for the Wichita Falls Police Department.
The meeting starts Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. in the City Council Chambers at Memorial Auditorium.
