It was a spooktacular good time at Lucy Park Saturday evening. Critters and goblins scoured the park and enjoyed a number of activities that included a costume contest to a pumpkin decorating contest. The fun event was put on by the Wichita Falls Parks and Recreation Department.
"It's a lot more family focused it's very low cost. There is bounce houses, petting zoo, face painting, balloon animals, train rides, all kinds of good stuff and fun for the whole family," said Amy McKim with the Parks and Recreation Department. This is the 10th year of the Halloween festival and it's always scarier than before!
