Man Accused of Beating and Sexually Assaulting A Woman

A Texoma man was charged with Sexual Assault.

Wichita Falls police when to the 1400 block of Taylor Road October 16, on a sexual assault and stolen vehicle call.

The victim told police Chesley Austin, 32, asked to borrow her car. Austin came back the next day and told the victim he wouldn't give the car keys back until she gave him something in return.

The affidavit states Austin demanded money or he was going to beat and rape the victim. The victim didn't give him money.

Police said Austin grabbed the victim by the neck, pushed her up against a bed and raped her and then started choking her. Victim said she was afraid of him because he was a gang member.
