Rider High School Theatre Department students will be going door to door Wednesday asking for more than just candy, but it's all for a good cause. From 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., they will trick or treat in costume collecting non-perishable items for a food drive.
Trick or Treat so Kids Can Eat is a new national community service program where schools collect canned and dry goods for local charities and food banks. The Rider thespian troupe is participating in the program and will donate all the food gathered to the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank.
If you live in the neighborhoods surrounding Rider, get your canned goods ready!
