A man caught exposing himself to a three-year-old child has been sentenced.
Jessie Paul Carr, 25 was found guilty of indecency with a child Thursday. He was sentenced to 6 and a half years in prison.
The mother said on September 12, 2010 she woke to her 3-year-old crying. When she went to check on the child she found then 23-year-old Carr in the room with his pants down.
