$1.8 Million Courthouse Renovation

Wichita County Commissioners will be meeting Monday morning in a Special Session. They will be taking a substantial step toward finishing Wichita County Courthouse improvements.
Commissioners will authorize Wichita County Judge Woody Gossom. to sign a Certificate of Substantial Completion for work done on the 1st and 4th floors of the Wichita County Courthouse. That means the architects have approved the work done and those areas of the courthouse are pretty much ready to be used again.  The total cost of that project is close to $2 million.
