A high speed chase in Archer County ends with a woman in jail and a man on the run.

Trooper Tony Fulton said officers tried to pull over two suspects in a vehicle early Monday at 12:05 a.m. for speeding along Hwy 277 westbound toward Seymour. The vehicle took off toward a rest stop outside Mankins, turned back east and stopped again.

The male driver ran off and is still at large.
