Accident On Burk And Missile Rd

Newschannel 6 crew was at an injury accident just outside of Sheppard Air Force Base that sent one man to the hospital.

It happened Tuesday around 3 p.m.

A man was leaving Sheppard AFB when he tried to beat the red light on Missile Road and ended up hitting a woman's vehicle traveling on Burkburnett Road. He was sent to United Regional with non-life threatening injuries.

The female driver wasn't injured.
