Car Hits Pedestrian

WICHITA FALLS - A pedestrian is recovering from being hit by a car Monday morning.

The male victim was walking east down 7th St. when a car going south on Holliday crashed into him. He survived and was treated for non-life threatening injuries to the arms and neck.

Police said the driver will most likely not be charged because the driver had the right-of-way. Signs were posted for pedestrians to stop and watch for traffic.
