More than 60 local artists, non-profit groups, schools and organizations participated in the first annual Artistic Rain Barrel program sponsored by the City of Lawton Stormwater Management Division.
These barrels will be auctioned December 15 at 3 p.m. in Lawton City Hall Banquet Room located at 212 SW 9th Street.
The artist/organization will receive all proceeds from the sale of the barrels. Photos of the barrels and more stormwater information is posted on the City website. They can also be viewed at City of Lawton Environmental Services Facebook page.
You are invited and encouraged to attend the auction on December 15, 2012 at 3 p.m. in Lawton City Hall.
