Young Woman Killed In One Car Rollover

A Wichita Falls woman was killed early Wednesday morning in a one car rollover accident.

DPS Trooper Tony Fulton told us the accident happened just before 2 a.m. Megan Elizabeth Panter, 21, had been driving westbound on FM 172 when her Chevy SUV left the roadway and hit a fence.

Panter overcorrected causing the car to roll one and a half times. The woman wasn't wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. She died at the scene.

Fulton said the cause of the accident is still under investigation.
