Each year Leadership Wichita Falls graduates 40 community members. Each semester Leadership Wichita Falls takes each member through a 16 week course, then they do a final class project before graduating in May.
Michelle Wood, President of Leadership Wichita Falls, said, "Their class project can be anything, it's kind of up to their imagination." Wood added, "We have everything from people that have done Habitat House, to The Main Event, to Thor's obstacle run, to Hotter N' Hell. All were started by a leadership class project."
