Woman's Forum 33rd Annual Christmas Tour Of Homes

Wichita Falls, Texas –The Woman's Forum invites you to the 33rd Annual Christmas Tour of Homes, a holiday tour of uniquely decorated homes in Wichita Falls, Texas.  The tour will be held on Tuesday from noon to 8 p.m. and will feature five private homes lovingly decorated for the holiday season.  The homeowners who have graciously opened their homes are Doris and Bill Altman at 2108 Berkley Drive, Faye and Bruce Canafax at 1815 Victory Avenue, Carol and Jeff Lemley at 8 Desert Willow Court, Sheila Hammonds and Stan Mountain at 1706 Eagle Ridge Circle, and Lori Suggs at 1 Covey Cove. You are free to tour homes in any order you chose, and all tours are self-guided; however, there will be volunteers inside each home pointing out special features.

On the day of the tour, The Kemp at The Forum will also be open for some special events.  Take a break from touring homes and stop by the annual bake sale hosted by the Woman's Forum Gourmet Club from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  You may want to start your tour with a special Christmas lunch offered for $8.50 by the Dutchess at The Forum from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  You can also warm up with coffee, tea and a cake sampler for $5 from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. also at the Dutchess at The Forum.

The Woman's Forum is pleased to announce that Harvest Drug and Gift has donated a Mark Roberts Limited Edition Ornament Fairy to be given away.  All you need to win is your tour ticket.  Complete the information on the back of the ticket and simply place it in the drawing box at the last home you tour.  All tickets will be collected at the end of the day and the winner will be contacted the following day.

Tickets are $20 per person.  Advance tickets go on sale November 26 and can be purchased at The Kemp at The Forum, United Market Street, and the Dutchess at The Forum.  Tickets will also be available at any of the tour homes the day of the event.

This year's event is a joint effort of the Woman's Forum, Senior-Junior Forum, Junior Forum, Woman's Forum Gourmet Club, and The Kemp at The Forum.  Proceeds from the event are shared by these organizations and support charitable works in our community.
