Bowie Man Indicted For Child Sexual Assault

A Bowie man accused of sexually abusing a little girl has been indicted.

Montague County Grand Jurors returned the indictment Monday for Victor Manuel Chavez-Aguilar, 27 for aggravated sexual assault of a child.

District Attorney Jack McGaughey confirmed with us that the case started from a November 6th complaint involving a three-year-old girl.

His bond was set for $350,000.
