Newschannel 6 is following a Wednesday morning accident on 287, south of Henrietta.
Seven people were in a Ford Excursion hauling a trailer westbound on 287 when the vehicle lost control on the icy road.
The female driver overcorrected when the car and trailer went off the road, causing the vehicle and trailer to flip. One person was thrown from the vehicle.
Our crews at the scene said the Henrietta Volunteer Fire Department used the Jaws of Life to get the driver out of the Excursion.
The driver was taken to United Regional Hospital in Wichita Falls by Careflight. She is expected to recover from her injuries. Three people were sent to Clay County Memorial by ambulance.
We'll bring you updates on their conditions as we get them.
