Wichita Co. Deputies Bust A Meth Lab

Posted: Updated:

Wichita County Sheriff's Office busted four people with methamphetamine.

Deputies were called out to the home on the 4100 block of Mustang Drive Sunday, December 23, when a police officer smelled chemicals coming out of the home.

Sheriff David Duke said Jason Michael Lindsey, 35, slammed the door it when he saw it was deputies. That's when a deputy kicked in the door.

Lindsey ran, locking himself in another room, once again forcing a deputy to kick in the door. A struggle broke out, ending with a deputy fracturing his finger in several places and Lindsey subdued after being tased.

Inside the home, deputies found more than 200 chemicals used to make meth and 1.5 grams of liquid meth.

Lindsey is charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Assault on a Public Servant.

Richard Diaz Lerma, Anderson Lance Lucas and Heather Lyn Medaris are all also charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
