The West Seattle-based custom home builder, Better Builders, continues their participation in the West Seattle Art Walk. This once-a-month art walk is hosted by West Seattle merchants and is designed to showcase the community's vibrant art scene. By contributing to this successful event, Better Builders hopes to create a stronger presence in the West Seattle community, while helping to encourage local artistic expression.
Having just completed the first three months of the Art Walk, Better Builders would like to announce their continued participation for the Winter 2013 quarter. Resuming January 10th, this once-a-month display of local art, on the second Thursday of each month, showcases a wide variety of local artwork.
The Art Walk consists of five featured local artists and has had about 30-40 art walkers stop in at each event. Held from 6pm to 9pm, it has been a rousing success, enabling Better Builder employees and artists to meet members of the West Seattle community.
Better Builder's philosophy centers around understanding their customers and building dream homes with quality materials and fine craftsmanship. To this end, a strong and committed connection to local West Seattle residents is crucial to forging a bond with the community in which they build.
As a premium West Seattle-based custom home builder, Better Builders is committed to the health and well-being of the West Seattle community. As a member of the Master Builders Built Green program, they try to balance state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly designs with affordably achieved building practices that save money both now and in the future.
The Art Walk has been an excellent tool for assembling an overall feel for the concerns and desires of the community.
