Two Arrested Accused of Selling Stolen Copper

Fifty-three-year-old Clarence Clayton Buchanan and 44-year-old Brenda Lynn Dickens were both no billed by the Wichita County Grand Jury.

Buchanan and Dickens were both arrested for engaging in organized criminal activity, theft. According to an affidavit the two were selling stolen copper to Bell Processing in Burkburnett. The affidavit point out the stolen copper came from Bell Processing. Employees at Bell had noticed the copper because it came from their property.

Clarence Buchanan were accused of selling 166 pounds of stolen copper and Brenda Dickens were accused of selling 52 pounds of stolen copper.
