Wrong-Way Driver Leads To Multiple DWI Arrests

A wrong-way driver causes a major accident in Wichita Falls early New Year's Day. It happened around 2 a.m. on Kell Freeway.  

Wichita Falls Police said a woman was driving a car the wrong way in the eastbound lanes and hit a truck. The woman was arrested and charged with DWI.  No on was hurt in the accident. 

Police made another arrest moments later when a car drove through traffic flares at the scene.  That female driver was charged with DWI and the passenger with public intoxication.
