Reserve Officer Accused of Sexting Teen

A reserve police officer from Jefferson County Oklahoma remains free on a $20,000 bond. Investigators in Jefferson County say Robert Gutierrez Jr. is accused of exchanging explicit text messages and pictures with a teenage girl. The girl was reportedly once his foster child. The affidavit says Gutierrez admitted they had several hundred conversations, and only about a dozen were of a sexual nature. Gutierrez is a reserve officer with the Ryan Police Department.
