Nominate An Outstanding Kid For The 2013 YMCA Character Counts Youth Award

The YMCA in Wichita Falls is looking for some outstanding kids. They are now accepting nominations for the 2013 YMCA Character Counts Youth Award. You must submit your form by January 21st. Ten winners will be chosen from the applicants.
NOMINATION CRITERIA:
Must be a youth, age 18 or under, currently or formerly, involved in the Wichita Falls YMCA in some manner. This may include participation in a program, special event, or YMCA membership.
Must have demonstrated, in an exemplary manner, one or more of the YMCA core character values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
Nominee's actions, character, and leadership must have had a positive impact on those around them.
A completed YMCA Character Counts Awards nomination form must be received at the Downtown Wichita Falls YMCA Office or emailed to noel@ymcawf.org by January 21, 2013.
Group or team applications cannot be accepted.
All awardees will be expected to participate in the Partners With Youth kickoff banquet on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 where they will be recognized and honored.
