W.F. Family Escapes Fire Unharmed

Posted: Updated:

A fire late Thursday night left a Wichita Falls family without a home. It happened around 10 p.m. in the 1600 block of 22nd Street.

Our crew on the scene talked with Wichita County Sheriff David Duke who said it's possible the fire started on the front porch.

Everyone inside the house got out unharmed. Wichita County Sheriff's Deputies along with Wichita Falls Police helped firefighters battle the blaze.

We have calls in to fire officials to learn more and to try and find out what started the fire. Tune in to Newschannel 6 at Noon for the latest details.
