Motorcyclist Thrown Off Overpass Guardrail

A 21-year-old man died Saturday afternoon after falling off an overpass in a motorcycle accident.

Wichita Falls Police Officers responded to reports of an injury accident at 11:31 a.m. on the 1100 block of Lloyd Ruby Overpass.

Officials reported David Arizola Villa Jr. was thrown off his motorcycle from the south bound side of the overpass. He then went over the guardrail. He was taken to United Regional but died from his injuries.

The Wichita Falls Police Department Crash Unit is investigating the accident. Arizola's body will be sent to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office for autopsy.
