It was a delicious combination of pancakes, sausages and orange juice. Saturday was the 57th annual University Kiwanis Pancake Festival. Thousands of pancakes were served at the JS Bridwell Ag Center. Planning for this event requires lots pancake batter and time. Many of the people who served have been doing it for years, even decades, and the experience never gets old. Money raised will benefit the youth of Wichita Falls and surrounding areas
