UPDATE: Two Flee Accident On Armory Rd.

Wichita Falls Police said once suspect is in custody and another is still on the loose. This is following an early morning accident.

When officers arrived on scene at Armory Rd. and 31st St. around 2:30a.m. Saturday they saw two people running away. Police said the tan Chevrolet pickup was left on scene, heavily damage. The extent of the damage on the vehicle, lead police to believe one or both of the suspects are injured.

Police said it appears the driver was going over the speed limit on Armory, when they hit a dip and lost control of their vehicle. The driver than slammed the vehicle into a pole and tree.

Based on the vehicle's information, police believe they know who was the driver.

The passenger was later arrested for Public Intoxication.
