Day Care Worker Gets Max Sentence For Driving Drunk With Kids

A former Wichita Falls day care owner found guilty of driving drunk with children in the vehicle received the maximum punishment.

Holly Wooton was sentenced Friday in the 30th District Court to two years in a state jail facility.

The 32-year-old was charged with a state jail felony offense of DWI w/Child Passenger.

The range of punishment is from probation to up to 2 years in a state jail facility.
