Newschannel 6 was at the scene of an injury accident where a driver ran a red light and slammed into another vehicle.
Officers said the driver of a Chrysler 300 ran the red light around noon Tuesday at Lawrence going northbound. The vehicle T-boned an Isuzu Rodeo that was traveling westbound on Kell access.
The driver of the Isuzu was pinned-in and had to be rescued by the Wichita Fall Fire Department using the jaws of life.
AMR sent the driver to United Regional who suffered leg fractures.
