MSU Theatre Presents Sweeney Todd

Posted: Updated:

The Midwestern State University Theatre is doing a production of Sweeney Todd by Stephen Sondheim.

Through their collaboration and hard work they will present a show that will take you to the gritty, vengeful, and epic world of Sweeney and his companion Mrs. Lovett.

After 15 years in exile, Sweeney Todd, a barber by trade, returns to London in the late 1800's to take revenge on the man who tore his family apart. He reunites with Mrs. Lovett, the struggling owner of a pie shop, and together they implement a macabre but hilarious scheme.
