Security cameras failed to capture an unknown number of people who broke in through the ceiling and robbed a Wichita Falls grocery store.

Police said at least one person broke into Kings Grocery on 9th street sometime between closing Sunday and opening Monday morning.

The break in happened somewhere in the back of the building. There the robber(s) smashed open an ATM and broke into a safe, leaving with an unknown amount of cash.

The store has cameras but they were not working at the time it's unclear if the robber(s) disabled them.
