Taco Casa Set To Re-Open End Of Week

Investigators with the Wichita Falls Fire Department are working to learn what caused a fire at the business next to Taco Casa on Southwest Parkway and Taft Boulevard. The blaze started around 6 p.m. Thursday at Sprint 24.

The Wichita Falls Battalion Chief told Newschannel 6 the blaze started in the ceiling of the building. It took 22 men to extinguish the fire.

The estimated cost of the damage is $100,000.

No one was injured.

Taco Casa will be closed until the end of the week, when repairs can be made. It is unknown when Sprint 24 will reopen its doors.
