LOS ANGELES, March 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Nelson-Miller, Inc. – the country's leading manufacturer of graphic product identification and user interface components, including graphic overlays and membrane switches – announced on Tuesday, March 12th that their proud commitment to protecting the earth's environment continues, with the installation of two Leviton EVR-Green, electric vehicle charging stations, as well the acquisition of a new Chevy Volt to add to the company's motor pool.
The new charging stations offer Nelson-Miller's visitors and employees a quick, simple, "Plug-and-Go" solution and are compatible with most electric vehicles including the popular Chevy Volt, Nissan Leaf, Toyota Plug-In Prius, and Honda's Accord.
In addition to the new charging stations, Nelson-Miller has added a new Chevy Volt to its motor pool, and is available for use by any field employee. "The Chevy Volt is a plug-in hybrid, capable of travelling up to 35 miles on a single charge and is the perfect solution for servicing our customers in and around the Los Angeles area," said Nelson-Miller's President Jim Kaldem.
