An arrest was made Thursday night in a shooting that took place in Wichita Falls.
Police said they arrested 61 year-old Eugene Perry. Three people in a van went up to a house on Thursday afternoon on the 800 block of Linda Ln. They had a fight with Perry who was in the house. Police said Perry fired several rounds, hitting a woman in the chest while she was inside the van.
She was sent to United Regional Hospital. Her condition is unknown at this time. Perry is charged with three counts of aggravated assault.
