MURRIETA, Calif., March 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- InSoCal CONNECT is pleased to announce Carol Caldwell will join its team as the Program Manager.  Caldwell brings extensive experience consulting with technology firms including start-up companies in the software, biotechnology, and communication industries.

Carol Caldwell has worked in professional and business development throughout her entire career. Using a variety of proven methodologies, Caldwell has trained sales professionals, coached C-Level executives and managed client relationships.  In 2011, she launched HireMatter, a technology talent recruitment firm she lead to success by building a pipeline of clients across the United States in the technology and start up space. Prior to that, Carol was Vice President of Search Group/Simply Biotech, where she generated new business and launched a new division. As a Branch Manager at Ledgent, and Robert Half International before that, she honed her business development and client management expertise, while also coaching executives in best practices in the finance and accounting industry.  While Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, Carol trained associates and coached managers and executives. She earned her Master's in Business Administration from Hope International University and her Bachelor's in Business Administration from California State University Dominguez Hills.
