ARCHBOLD, Ohio, March 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: FMAO) the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with assets of approximately $950 million, at their regular meeting on Friday, March 15, 2013 declared a first quarter dividend of twenty cents ($0.20) per share. The first quarter dividend is payable on April 20, 2013 to shareholders of record date as of March 29, 2013.

The Farmers & Merchants State Bank is a locally owned and operated community bank that has been serving Northwest Ohio and Northeast Indiana since 1897. The Farmers & Merchants State Bank provides commercial banking, retail banking and other financial services through its 19 offices and their 20th office will be opening in Waterville, OH in the second quarter of 2013. Their locations are in Fulton, Defiance, Henry, Williams, and Wood counties in Northwest Ohio. In Northeast Indiana they have offices located in DeKalb and Steuben counties.
