Duncan Man Charged In Teen's Death Set To Appear In Court

An Oklahoma man charged in a Duncan teen's death is scheduled to be in a Stephen's County Courtroom Thursday.

Miles Sterling Bench was found competent to stand trial this past month.

Bench is charged with First Degree Murder in connection to the death of Braylee Henry in June 2012.

The 16-year-old was reported missing on June 6th.  Henry reportedly went into a convenience store where Bench was working as a clerk. A few hours later her body was found in a secluded area near Velma.

Bench was found 130 miles away driving Henry's car.

Miles Bench's formal arraignment is scheduled for September 5th, 2013 at 9:00a.m.
