The Duncan Banner reported that Miles Sterling Bench waived his right to have a competency hearing last week. Bench is charged in the death of 16-year-old Braylee Henry in June 2012.
Henry was reported missing on June 6 and her body was found in a secluded area near Velma. Authorities say they arrested Bench shortly after near Weatherford. He was there driving Henry's car.
