Marines Killed in Training Accident

A tragic accident took the lives of seven marines.


The Marine Corps said seven Marines were killed in a training accident at the Hawthorne Army Depot in Nevada.


The accident happened Monday night and was caused by an exploding mortar.


The Corps said in a statement that the accident on Monday night also injured several with the 2nd Marine Division.
