Two Arrested After Warrant Executed

Two people were arrested and charged after the Wichita Falls Police Department Organized Crime Unit executed a warrant at 1909 7th St. this morning.

Vickie Russell and Steve Maxey were arrested and charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty, which is a first degree felony.  They were also both charged with money laundering, which is a state jail felony.

Police seized 11 grams of methamphetamine, scales, baggies, and $1,546 cash.
