A Wichita Falls teen accused of beating an elderly man over chores has been no-billed of all charges.
James Adair was no-billed on one count each of injury to a child, elderly, disabled person and assault family violence by the Wichita Co. Grand Jury.
The 18-year-old was accused of assaulting an elderly person. Officers went to the 1600 Block of Cole Street last week. There authorities found the victim laying in the front yard with a broken nose, several cuts to his face and eyes, and suffering from a concussion.
A witness said Adair attacked the victim, then choking and kicking him outside his house.
