Chick-Fil-A Grand Opening

Hundreds of people are crowding the Chick-Fil-A parking lot Wednesday hoping to get their hands on a year's worth of free food.

People started lining up before the sun even cracked the horizon. Anyone who registered during the designated time frame this morning has a chance to win 52 sandwhich combo meals. But, there is a catch. Each eligible person has to stay in line until the store opens Thursday.

During the event, Chick-Fil-A will provide to water to everyone that is in line.  They want to make sure that everyone is hydrated during the heat that we are expecting.  Their restrooms will also be available to everyone.

There have been many complaints about the location of the restaurant.  Many people feel that it will cause traffic problems.  The owner of the restaurant wants to ensure the community that there will be no issues regarding traffic.  During their grand opening they will have security managing the flow of traffic.  They also have a double drive-through to ensure that customers will get their meal at a fast pace.  This will lessen the traffic flow in the lines.

They have also taken a lot of time to prepare for the exciting event.  Chick-Fil-A brought in professionals to train their employees with the highest quality.  They want to ensure that their customer care is top notch.
