Skywarn Six Meteorologist John Cameron Speaks To Kids

Skywarn Six Meteorologist John Cameron was invited to speak to Wichita Falls Independent District elementary school children Tuesday morning.

The event started at 9:10 a.m. and ended at 9:45 p.m. at the MPEC Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall.

The event was sponsored by 4H, also called "Generation Green," to celebrate Arbor Day and Earth Day.

Cameron was able to speak to over 400 children about spring weather, severe thunderstorms and severe weather safety.

The presentation was very well received.
