7th Annual Public Health Fair

The Wichita County Public Health District will host its 7th Annual Community Health Fair.  It will be from 8:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Saturday at the Health District, 1700 Third Street. The following will be offered:

 

  • Food Handler's Class, $20 per person
  • Bicycle Rodeo, learn safety tips, maintenance and participate in the road course.  Free T-shirts and bike helmets given away while supplies last. The winner will receive a free bicycle.
  • VIN Etching, The WFPD will be available to etch vehicle identification numbers onto vehicle windows. Vin etching acts as a great theft deterrent!
  • Immunizations
  • WIC
  • Car Safety Seat Checks
  • Animal and Pet Safety
  • Education & Microchipping
  • Free Testing/Screening
  • Free Blood Pressure and Glucose Checks, Cholesterol Screening, Body Fat
  • Testing and HIV Testing
  • Giveaways

There will be drawings for a free food handler's card and birth or death certificate.
